seeking to accelerate course work in terms of pace or difficulty |

gifted students seeking enriched coursework |
|
|
|

seeking college credit in high school |
|
|
|
 |
enrolled in the school district of residence, taking traditional courses, but wishing to enroll concurrently at PALO for courses not available from the local school district |
|
|
|
 |
at risk of failure in a traditional setting and seeking an alternative placement. |
|
|
|
 |
pregnant or parenting. |
|
|
|
 |
employed for portions of the day, wishing to pursue studies after traditional school hours |
|
|
|
 |
homebound for short term or long term illnesses |
|
|
|
 |
homeless |
|
|
|
 |
incarcerated |
|
|
|
 |
diagnosed as school phobic |
|
|
|
 |
homebound because of suspension or expulsion |
